Radio is going on and off. Any ideas?

Q.I have a honda prelude 2001 and my radio is going on and off. Now it won't turn on and the alarm light is blinking. It still has power because I can still eject the cd and the alarm light is blinking while im driving. Any ideas?

I already checked/done: disconecting battery

More Info required What alarm light? Is this an aftermarket or Honda alarm system?
