Car does not want to start this morning

Car: Honda, Civic, 2000, EX     -    Back to Fix-It    -    Honda Civic Repair Manuals

Q.2000 Civic EX 4 door - 180K miles - does not want to start this morning (20 times to start) Temp roughly 45 degrees F with high humidity(rain). Almost equivilent to trying to start a weed whacker with no choke.... Help!
Not sure where to start since after its running and warmed up - it's fine.

More Info required OK when its trying to start is it missing fuel or spark? When was the last tune up? Is the check engine light on?
