I've got a truly weird problem with my '91 Prelude Si 4WS in the power steering response. ..

The problem could be the power steering fluid. Hondas are very nasty when you dont put honda approved power steering fluid in them. Escpecially PSF. My friend had a 91 Accord doing the same thing, flushing the system with Honda PSF fixed it.
