Need help targeting the source of my problem. Potentially old gaskets or seal?

The oil seems to be coming out from the seal, but it gathers up on the screw heads. Then leaks down and drops off from the part shown in second image. So either its coming out from the screw gaskets or the seal? I'm new to cars and doing things myself so this will be my first maintenance project.
