does it sound like it wants to start, but it is not getting gas? and does it usually start after it sits for a awhile and cools down? if so, it is almost definitely the fuel pump relay. pretty common problem, and pretty easy to replace. the relay usually cost around fifty bucks, though. hope this helps. good luck.
