well what honda said that you could do is to bring in the cd player and they get this number off of it and they can send it to honda then they get a code. but that was $34 and i chose to go a different way. i got on ebay and looked for a users manual that someone was selling for my car exactly(because my car didn't come with one since it was used) and bought it off of them and it worked. hopefully it may work for you.
