Transmisson computer and speed sensor...found on Ebay for really cheap! hope this helps others! :)

The S-Light is Alway on and You Can Only Switch to the 2nd gear. Unplug the Battery of the Car for About 15 min. Then Plug it Back on. The Computer in the Car Will Restart and the Car Runs Fine... That was the Deal with my '90 Accord. Just a Computer Error.
