Where is the slk 230 fuel filter located?
Car: Mercedes-Benz, SLK 230, 1999 - Back to Fix-It
Q.Where is the slk 230 fuel filter located? does a slk 230 need aoil filter if it uss 8 quarts? does a slk 230 have to use synthetis oil?
I already checked/done: Just looking for the darn thing to change it out OIL< FUEL filter
Answer The fuel filter is located under the car, ahead of the gas tank. Commonly it is covered by a plastic sheild..looks like the one below.

Only Synthetic oil should be used to prevent premature engine failure and the oil filter should be replaced with every service..
