Turn signals and hazards both dont work

Car: Acura, Legend, 1990, V6 - Back to Fix-It - Acura Legend Repair Manuals

Q.Both the turn signals and the harards are not working, are they on the same relay and where is it located, or what else could it be. Any info or help would be great, thanks.

I already checked/done: Checked both fuses: hazards under the hood, signals under the dash both fuses are working, and bulbs appear to also be fine.
