transmission 1st gear

Q.Why the car is shaking in the 1st gear?
I already checked/done: check the transmission fluid and fill it up, clean de 2nd-3rd sensor.
More Info required What do you mean shaking in the first gear? Could you be more specific?
Is it shaking on acceleration, hard acceleration or just while going in first gear?
Do you head any other noises? If yes, where are they coming from?
First gear gives you most torque and if, say hub bearing just started going bad - you may hear it in first while it's still good in others.
The same goes for axels.
On the other hand gearbox is a bit different. Each gear has its own set of gears and could act differently.
