The A/C on 2002 Suzuki is not working.

Q.The air conditioner on my 2002 Suzuki is not working. I have checked the refrigerant and fuses. The compressor does not seem to be turning. Have I overlooked anything before having to replace the compressor?
I already checked/done: checked refrigerant and fuses.
Answer Let's make sure the compressor will not turn on when jumped with power. There is a relay located here, if you apply power to the white wire going to the A/C compressor from the A/C relay the a/c compressor should start. Will it?
