My Honda makes a hissing or blowing air noise when I step on the break.

Q.My Honda Odessey makes a hissing or blowing air noise when I step on the break. My brakes also feel sensitive but also need to be pressed harder to the floor board.
The hissing noise is quite loud and even make the noise when the car is in park. As long as I have my break pushed in while in park, the hissing or air noise will continue.
More Info required If you sit in the car in park and push the brake does it still make the hiss as long as you hold the pedal?
