My ac compressor won''t come on.

Q.My ac compressor won''t come on. thought it might be a low charge in the system. took it to an ac tech. he said there is 80lbs of charge in the system. checked fuse -there ok. jumped the ac clutch realy and ac compressor came on. swapped relays but still the same problem. whats wrong with my ac system???
I already checked/done: changed ac clutch relay
Answer Not much left to check. Check 2 things. 1 is the A/C Pressure Switch that tell the control unit you have pressure and all clear to start.
2 is the actual HVAC Control. Possibly the switch is just worn out. I hope this helps.
