My 87 Acura Legend will crank but just won't fire.

Q.My 87 Acura Legend will crank but just won't fire. I changed plugs, cap and rotor, fuel filter, checked the coil resistance, injectors resistance, new air filter, Even replaced the ECU with a spare I had. Any suggestions?

More Info required Do you have spark and fuel pressure?
cab you hear the fuel pump run for three seconds when you cycle the key?
