My 2002 Subaru Legacy will not start - HELPPPPP!

Q.My 2002 Subaru Legacy will not start - HELPPPPP!!!! My mechanic has been trying to find the problem for days, but not luck. He says the timing belt is good, the engine gets fuel and has a spark. The coil is good. My Subee only has 115,000 miles. What is it? Any ideas?
