Accord has boot fulling with water?

Q.i have honda accord 2006 that has boot fulling with water? also windows steaming up all the time (water in boot?)
also engines smells when starting but not all the time when it does have to open windows to let out smell.
Answer this sounds as if the heater core is leaking,this may need replaced

NOTE Make sure to acquire the anti-theft code from the radio and write down the frequencies for the radio-s preset buttons.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
CAUTION After disconnecting the negative battery cable, wait for at least 3 minutes for the air bag module to deplete its energy before working the on the instrument panel or steering wheel.
