Turn signals work for a few blinks then the relay starts buzzing

Q.The turn signals work for a few blinks then the relay starts buzzing constantly and the signals will not work. I have changed all three relays in the fuse panel on the driver's side firewall under the dash...no change.
This condition happens almost instantly when the hazzard flashers are turned on.
Can you give me a solution for this problem?

Answer The problem is the hazard switch itslef is shorting out causing this whole problem.
