Severe oil leak
Car: Acura, Legend, 1992 - Back to Fix-It - Acura Legend Repair Manuals
Q.I have a 1992 Acura Legend; I have a severe oil leak. It started as a slow leak (a little more than seepage) and after a long trip to LA and back to San Diego, most of the oil drained out over a 6 day period of sitting. The compression feels fine and no smoke ever came out of the tail pipe. What is the worst and the best case scenario? I live in San Diego and am looking for an honest mechanic (btw)!
More Info required We dont see a lot of oil leaks on these. Have you had the oil changed lately? Did the leak start after that?
