Car keeps over heating on me..
Car: Acura, Legend, 1993, v6 - Back to Fix-It - Acura Legend Repair Manuals
Q.i have 93 acura legend the car keeps over heating on me when im driving local but on da highway it doesnt and it keeps getting air in the raditor and motor and ive bleed it and flushed the raditor and changed the thermosat twice and the problem keeps on what could it be and the fan turns on with no problem.
I already checked/done: flushed raditor system changed thermosat
Answer These engines are notorious for leaking head gaskets. When one of these comes into the shop with an overheating problem, the first thing I do is a cylinder leakdown test to check the head gaskets. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is most likely the problem.
