I got a P1633 OBD code

Q.I got a P1633 (Keep Alive Power Voltage Too Low) OBD code and at the same time, my air conditioning stopped producing cold air on my 2003 Taurus SES. There was a blown fuse in the 22 position (A/C Clutch Relay). Also there is a funny noise like something is running rough in the vicinity of the Alternator/ A/C unit when the car is first started. This noise then dies down as the car sits while running. What''s wrong?

Answer Good afternoon and thank you for inquiring with CRXSi.Com, my name is Dustin and i will be the technician assisting you today. Most likely based on the description you have provided me, you have a bad a/c compressor or pulley causing this noise, this is very common on the taurusses and i have seen this concern blow the fuse due to the excess load put on the system causing the fuse to possibly blow. It is hard to tell without physically seeing the vehicle but i would start with removing the serpentine belt and spinning each pully individually and check for any wind up or binding.
