how to disable factory alarm

Q.I had a new Viper alarm installed a year ago, and here recently my factory alarm goes off periodically(embarassing!)I tried pulling the 10 amp fuse, but nothing changed...Should I pull the relay fuse???? I want to completely disable the factory alarm!!! Does anyone know the answer? PLEASE HELP!!!
