Q.HOW TO CHANGE FUEL FILTER IN PONTIAC TORRENT.
Answer The fuel filter (1) is located in the primary fuel tank module. The paper filter element traps particles in the fuel that may damage the fuel injection system. The filter housing is made to withstand maximum fuel system pressure, exposure to fuel additives, and changes in temperature.

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 45722 Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Remove the fuel tank. IMPORTANT: NEW fuel tank module seals are necessary each time the fuel tank module is serviced. Obtain NEW seals for both the primary and secondary modules prior to beg.. >> login for more
