Electrical Problem on a 2005 Honda Odyssey

Q.Electrical Problem on a 2005 Honda Odyssey EXL (ent./tv system) van. The lighting system is doing very strange things when I use the turn signals. If headlights are off (only the daytime running lights are on) and I turn on a signal, the interior entertainment system lights pulse, and some of the exterior brake and running lights also blink. When I turn the headlights on and use the signals, they just stay lit and do not blink. This does seem to happen after it is washed (coincidence??). The fog lights are cracked, so could water be getting in and shorting out? I cannot find any lights that are burnt out, and I will check all the fuses also. The vehicle is wired with a 7-way plug to pull a trailer, but it has not given this trouble till now. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Answer Hi. Does your vehicle have a Honda trailer hitch and harness or an aftermarket one? Uhaul or other for example?
