cuts out at high rpms

Q.I have a 97' mustang GT,with a 4.6 liter SOHC. I am having problems with it cutting out at high RPM's. Sometimes it does cut out sometimes it doesnt. Since I have bought it have put in new spark plugs, wires, fuel pump and filter, O2 sensors, fuel pressure regualator, and I have checked the MAF and cleaned it, I cant seem to find the problem with this, does anyone out there know what this problem might be?
