Brake lights on Accord not working.

Q.Brake lights on 2004 Honda Accord not working...changed bulbs..still not working...bought a tail light switch..but am not a mechanic...are there instructions somewhere I can download to do this job myself?
I already checked/done: Changing light bulbs...
