After changing the plugs, wires and fuel filter, my Ford F-150 still has no power and pops

Q.After changing the plugs, wires and fuel filter, my Ford F-150 still has no power and pops like crazy as if it's missing or not getting fuel. Would a clogged converter cause this?? Please help!!!

I already checked/done: Changed the plugs, wires and fuel filter.

More Info required Is it poping through the exhaust or the air intake of the engine
