I believe my back wheel brakes are seized.
Car: Honda, Accord, 1990, 4 cylinder - Back to Fix-It - Honda Accord Repair Manuals
Q.1990 Honda Accord with what I believe are seized back wheel brakes. Back tires will not rotate when in gear. How do you fix this?
I already checked/done: Tried moving the car but the back tires will not rotate
Answer Well.. I would start with trying to release the parking brake..
