Q.2003 toyota matrix--- keeps showing code PO125 -sensors have been changed -new thermostat -code PO125 insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel constrant- every thing is good as far as temp plenty of heat fluids good -but computer keeps kicking out this code and eng light will not let car pass inspection.

Answer On some models, Toyota does not adhere to the SAE standard definition for DTC P0125 which is related to the ECT, see diagnostic chart for complete diagnostic information regarding this code.

It's very common for this code to set, and it is actually a fault in the heater circuit for the upstream oxygen sensor.
