Q.2003 Honda Accord has both rear brake lights out.
3rd light on package shelf works. All fuses good. Horn operating. I just replaced brake switch with new honda part. Still have problem. However, I've noticed the cruise control main switch on the steering wheel will not engage.
I get the Green "cruise main" light to light up in the dash cluster, but only when i have the button pushed with my finger. It does not stay on, therefore, the cruise doesn't work. I think that problem may have something to do with my brake lights maybe? Also, my left turn signal flashes rapidly like i have a burnt amber bulb. However, all turn signals are working at this time. Please help.

I already checked/done: Replaced brake light switch with factory new switch. Replaced brake light bulbs.
