2001 camry temp gauge

Q.temperature gauge is going up when car is not moving,only when car is moving it returns to normal
Answer Did you check the temperature sensor?
It seems that you fan is not turning on.
Does revving helps while you're not moving? If it does - then you might have air in a cooling system.
Most likely based on your input fan is not turning on.
