1997 Audi A6 with climate control.

Q.1997 Audi A6 with climate control. The Air Con blows cold and the fan speed changes up and down with the selected temperature ok. But the air temperature does not change and I cannot get any warm air at all even though the engine temp shows normal and the hoses in the engine compartment to and from the heater matrix are hot.

Can you please suggest how to diagnose the problem?

I already checked/done: I have'nt tried anything yet.

Answer the climate control module needs to be scanned by scanner to see if u have any codes
most likely the blend door actuator motor is bad and needs to be replaced but need scanner to test system
