I changed my tail light and turn signal bulbs.

Q.1991 Honda Accord LX I changed my tail light and turn signal bulbs.
Now my turn signals don't work.
My caution lights work so I know the bulbs are good. When i flip the signal switch id don't even show me the green arrows for the turn signals on the dash. Please help and tell me what you think.

I already checked/done: Changed bulbs. Checked fuses, but don''t have a manual so I don't know which is the turn signal one.

More Info required OK do the hazards work, also did the turn signals work before?
