Steering Rack Guide Replacement
NOTE: During removal/installation, do not allow dust, dirt, or other foreign materials to enter the gearbox.1.Loosen the locknut (A), then remove the rack guide screw (B), wave washers (LHD only) (C), plane washer (LHD only) (D), spring (E), and rack guide (F) from the steering gearbox.

2.Remove the O-ring (G) from the rack guide, and discard it.
3.Coat the new O-ring with grease, and carefully fit it on the rack guide screw groove.
4.Grease the sliding surface
