2003 Acura TL codes P1740 and P1750

Q.I am showing both P1740 1nd P1750 codes. Does this indicate a bigger problem? I bought it used and don't know if it has the updated trans or not
I already checked/done: Fluid flush X2 and the slipping was seriously reduced but I still have slipping when it is cold and first started. After a couple miles of using manual shift mode it works fine.
