Integra blowing the ECM fuse underneath the hood

Car: Acura, Integra GS, 2015     -    Back to Fix-It    -    Acura Integra GS Repair Manuals

Q.Okay, so, I have an Acura Integra GS-R and it was starting to blow the ECM fuse underneath the hood, ( it is the 15 amp fuse in the upper left hand corner), and so i kept replacing it and my car would start back up and run fine, until i would go over some bumps, but not all the time when it goes over bumps will it blow the ECM fuse, only sometimes, anyways, the problem is that it blew that fuse when i was driving, so my car died and as i was coasting to a stop, my speedometer stopped working, (which it has never done before) so i changed the fuse and it started up and all, but now my speedometer isnt working, and when i go over bumps or turn to the left while accelerating the speedometer starts jumping around, but when i straigten out or slow down on the bumps it will go back to doing nothing, Please give me any ideas, and some areas to check, because i know i have a bad connection, it is just determining where, Thank You!

Answer Check under the intake manifold for the wiring harness rubbing through. I've seen this happen for other models before so it's possible it's happening to you. I think the harness is rubbed though somewhere so double check all the harness bundles by picking them up and wiggling them with the engine running. You should find the problem this way.
