My 2001 Volvo S60 moon/sunroof won't close and is halfway open.

Q.My 2001 Volvo S60 moon/sunroof won't close and is halfway open. Fuse is good switch won't work. How can I manually get it closed until it can be repaired.

I already checked/done: Check fuse. Play with button

Answer Hi there now on your car there is no easy way manually to close the sunroof, but what I will tell you to do is put the key in the drviers door and lock and unlock the car about 5 times do this a few times and this will help reset the computers and it may let you close the sunroof after the on-board computers are reset as some do go to sleep at times, also you can try to unhook the battery and hold the cables together for about 20min.
This will also let the computers reset but the key thing works well.
