My 1989 honda crx si will not start, i was driving and it just started to stutter and than cut out.

Q.My 1989 honda crx si will not start, i was driving and it just started to stutter and than cut out. I tried restarting but it would only crank. Ive got spark, fuel, timing is right, no errors on ecu, and now im stuck any suggestions would help.
Answer Ok first things first is there a check engine light on. Also did you check to see if the timing belt snapped.
