I turn the lights switch on on the first click then the fuse pops.

Q.i have a honda accord 91 lx hay just wondering, when i turn the lights switch on on the first click then the fuse pops.
i tested the fuse wires and on one side it has grown on it and when i turn it of the grown goes away every time i turn the light switch it burns it do u think it can be the light swith the one that signals ooo also theres a al little noise when i turn the car on alittle mmmmmmm noise but when i turn the signal to the left or right it goes back to a normal click click do u think its the light Turn Signal Switch.
More Info required Do you smell anything burning? Also this is just the parking lights you are turning on correct?
