Car turns on, but after driving a few blocks, it'll stalls out.

Q.I have a 95 honda accord with over 100K miles. Car turns on, but after driving a few blocks, it'll stalls out.
After 20 minutes or so, it'll start again, but when driving a few blocks again, it'll die again.
The car can stay idling for an hour, but when I begin to drive for just a few blocks, it dies. We replaced the relay switch and checked to make sure there wasn't fuel passing through and that doesn't seem to be the problem. So if it's not the relay switch or fuel pump, what could be causing this problem?

I already checked/done: Replaced relay switch and checked fuel pump

More Info required So when the car stalls it will NOT start back up correct?
