I can't get a code to clear the code is 321.

Q.I have a 1990 740 volvo regina that I can't get a code to clear the code is 321. I have done everything that I can do and nothing I do will clear this code. This problem seems to be prevelant with this model volvo and other people online seem to be having difficulty as well. One guy had his mechanic check all of the wiring and still couldn't resolve the problem. Please cancel the first non- question that I sent and apply the payment to this question instead.
Answer Been doing a bit of research on this and here's what I came up with.
The 3-2-1 code is related to the cold start injector circuit. The fault can be set with an open in the circuit or a short.
There is a relay in the circuit that may be bypassed during Service Bulletin work. The bulletin was put in place to solve a problem with power supply. The cold start injector may be connected to the starter motor relay as part of the bulletin. If this is the case, the fault will not erase and it's noted in the fault tracing guide.
