My CRX dies for no reason

Car: Honda, CRX, 1990     -    Back to Fix-It    -    Honda CRX Repair Manuals

Q.I HAVE 1990 HONDA CRX IT WILL RUN OK IDLING BUT WHEN YOU START DRIVING AFTER A FEW MILES IT SHUTS OFF LIKE IT RAN OUT OF FUEL AND IT CRANKS OVER BUT WILL NOT START BACK UP UNTIL IT SITS FOR A WILL.

I already checked/done: CHANGED INJECTION RESISTOR BOX IT ALREADY HAS A NEW DISTRUBTOR

Answer I would suggest checking the PGM-FI main relay. Known to intermittently fails and stops power supply to fuel pump. Check the circuit board for bad soldered points.
