Honda insight is showing SBD air bag warning light.

Q.Honda insight 2000 Model 46,000 miles is showing SBD air bag warning light local honda dealer has said diagnostics indicating over pressure on passenger side air bag consequentlually have isolated the air bags and warning light is still on. at the same time EMS light been on and Diagnostics indicate sensor in exhaust flow indicating fault this waring light is currently off.
There was at this time a fault on the auto stop start whereby the first time on any journey that the engine stopped automatically it wouldnot start again except on the key. any clues as to where to go next would be appreciated.
