Water pump belt fell off how do I put it back on?

Q.I have a Honda accord 90, the water pump belt fell off, how do I go about putting it back on? The alternator belt is a little loose is how do I tighten that?
More Info required How did it fall off? It has like 5 bolts holding it in.
