air conditioning working but blower will not come on.

Q.air conditioning working but blower will not come on.
GMC Yukon with SLT Package. 5.3 Liter Engine with Dual Controls for Temperature for the Front Passengers. With separate AC in the back for the other occupants.

Addition If you are driving you can feel the air that is cold coming from the vent. But if you are stopped without the air being forced into the AC Unit you feel nothing. The Fan Blower will not come on for the front but will blow in the back of the cab.
