2005 Acura TL has a coolant loss problem with no leak - overheats!

Q.2005 Acura TL has a coolant loss problem with no leak which causes it to overheat. So before i go anywere or after driving for a while i have to add some coolant. It also misfires from bbcylinder #1. What could it be? It also has a light antifreeze smell.

More Info required what has been done to the car since this problem has started?
how long has this been going on ?
has the system been pressure tested ?
