1996 acura tl keeps blowing EAT ECU (TCM) fuse when switch is turned on.

Q.my car keeps blowing EAT ECU (TCM) fuse when switch is turned on.i was driving the car and it feels like it just kicked out of gear. this fuse prevents the starter from turning over and also prevents the gearshift from moving. also i noticed that i have to shift the gears manually from d1, d2, d3, to d4.
I already checked/done: i have disconnected to battery. it worked for the first startup and drove fine. as soon as i turned the car off and tried to start it back it blew again. when i unplugged the ecu fuse from under the hood, the other ecu fuse inside still kept blowing. i was wondering if the car had a relay for the ecu (TCU) and wheres the location. i also looked briefly for broken wires running to and from the computer. didnt find any.
