How to diagnose the trouble when it can't be loading
1.Insert a CD or a cassette into the audio unit, and confirm whether a symptom reappears or not.
Are you loading normally?
YES - Operation is normal.n
NO - Go to 2.
2.Exchange it for another CD or cassette, and reconfirm it.
Are you loading normally?
YES - Replace the CD or cassette.n
NO - Replace the audio unit.n
