How to diagnose the trouble when the memory of the radio disappears
1.Confirm the voltage of battery.
Is the voltage of the battery normal?
YES - Go to 6.
NO - Go to 2.
2.Charges the battery, then measure a voltage again.
Is the voltage of the battery normal?
YES - Go to 3.
NO - Replace the battery.n
3.Connect the battery positive cable with negative cable, and remove the center panel from the dashboard.
4.Disconnect the 20P connector from the audio unit.
5.Check for voltage between the audio unit 20P connector No. 2
